Char James-Tanny spent a couple of days with us last week and helped us not only with AuthorIT, but also with our organizational and tactical help issues. She even tackled our developers, arguing for Oracle Help instead of antiquated Java Help — a battle we will continue to wage. She dived into issues like merging helpsets at runtime, even though it’s not her area of expertise.

Not to mention she’s a super nice lady and we enjoyed hosting her here in Houston. We’re not sure she really liked the bread pudding with tequila, but she was polite enough to give it a try.
