- Char James-Tanny's tutorial, Creating HTML Help with Microsoft's HTML Help Workshop, has been downloaded over 18,000 times since 2000 and has been used by Microsoft for training.
- We produced Toshiba Corporation's new laptop electronic documentation from their source files for four years, using Multimedia Viewer and hand-coding techniques (including custom macros).
Our techniques allowed us to convert 400-500 page manuals to electronic documentation within 24 hours of receiving the source files.
